We loved the beautiful location close to the forest. the indoor garden was a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. the staff was extremely responsive and friendly, especially the three girls at the reception. the hotel accommodated our special request for a room with diminished white areas, which was greatly appreciated. the food at the hotel was excellent, with the stroganoff being a standout dish. a pleasant stay.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

Really nice room and facilities. Excellent restaurant and food/drink. Friendly, efficient staff. Close to the airport and city centre.
Very close to a nightclub which was audible from my room and still open when I checked out at 5am.

Very friendly staff, very trendy & clean hotel with aircondition. I'll be happy to book here again.
Only one thing: the air condition at the reception desk was turned off, so it was very hot while checking out.

The hotel had a great view and cozy ambiance with a good price. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. Also, they offered a delicious breakfast buffet and were very accommodating with our requests.
The room was not very clean and the sheets had stains on them. It was disappointing to pay for a supposedly "festive" stay only to find that the hotel did not offer any Christmas decorations or activities. Furthermore, the noise from the nearby street made it hard to sleep at night. All in all, it wasn't the most enjoyable experience.

Good internet connection. Large bed. Small private parking inside the courtyard.
The restaurants staff needed 50 minutes to realize they were unable to bring what we ordered, even if it wasn't sophisticated. Another 30 minutes have passed until we were served some food.

The staff were great, being very flexible. The parking and wifi are perfect. Perfect for transit, we arrived there at 10 PM on the road to Bucharest, so the location is very convenient.
Be careful in the bath room, the tub shower is very slippery and there is no warning. Breakfast is acceptable, but no fruits variety, only apples.

Located in a peaceful area, this hotel is the ideal choice for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Despite the quiet location, guests can easily reach restaurants with normal prices, and extravagant ones if they wish to splurge. the hotel staff are professional and caring, going above and beyond to accommodate guests with early check-ins. Modern bathrooms with immaculate conditions and an array of breakfast options are some of the advantages guests can expect.
One thing to be cautious of is potentially hazardous facilities that require extra attention and might result in accidental injuries.

I felt like a queen with the delicious variety of international dishes they served. The location was so peaceful, it felt like I was in my own residential area. And of course, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for my social media addiction.
Who needs an elevator anyway? Stair workout is the new fitness trend.
